Amanda Brugel

(February 27th of 2010 to Toronto ON) Pointe Claire is a secluded community in that part of the island of Montreal that is known as"the West Island. Many people who don't know they mistakenly believe it is the West Island extends westward from Montreal. It is actually, it is the West Island includes everything westward of the city of Lachine. Amanda Brugel grew up on the island and is frequently known as the place where she was born. It is true that she stayed there for a short period of time. Brugel was a woman of a certain age within Courtice Ontario just outside Oshawa. The first goal she had was to become an expert dancer. However, a growth spurt caused her to outgrow all of the dance partners she was able to have. According to an article in the Toronto Star, she revealed that she wore heels and was 6 foot 1 inches tall. As I grew older than my male partners I stopped. Brugel was one of many former dancers who shifted into acting. Her high school teacher school was what pushed her to take the next step. It was her teacher who advised her to audition for the role of Anne in the school's annual production. Following a trial, she ended up as the leading lady for Anne of Green Gables. The show led her to receive a Fine Arts Talent Scholarship from York University. In 2000 she graduated with a Master of Fine Arts at York University. Over the past 20 years, her roles in the world of television and on the screen have varied. The character of Rita from the award-winning show The Handmaid's Tale was her most memorable. Brugel was the sole Canadian actor in the season 1 and was only seen at times.
